The berufswahlapp creates structure and provides support throughout school.
The berufswahlapp sets out stages with appropriate tasks and thus provides a structure for the career orientation process. It is adapted to different types of school. The berufswahlapp guides and supports your child from their first reflections on career interests through to concrete decisions about what to do after leaving school. Students can work through the individual steps and tasks in class or as independent learners. They are supported in this by their teacher.

The berufswahlapp is the digital evolution of the Career Choice Passport. The Career Choice Passport is a central element in career and study guidance throughout Germany. The Federal Employment Agency, the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and the federal states collaborate in this area.
Additional state-specific content has been added to the berufswahlapp for Baden-Württemberg. In the “My pathway” task portfolio, the berufswahlapp contains all the key career orientation tasks for your child.
